Who we are
EQUAL CHILDHOODS (EqC) is a multidisciplinary organisation of ECCE professionals-trainers, programme designers, researchers, social media professionals and policy specialists-working across public systems and the private/urban market to turn policy into practice. Prof. (Dr.) Geeta Chopra is the Founder-Partner of EqC. EqC is built and steered by her vision and expertise, while EqC’s team leads delivery, partnerships, and scale‑up. EqC draws from proven frameworks (including National ECCE curriculum, the DIA Module and the Disability Screening Schedule embedded in national ECCE curricula). EqC has been created to turn ECCE gaps into standards, skills, and solutions.
